Aim: Plan and stage a corporate event for Russia’s largest bank — Sberbank
Target audience: 13,500 Sberbank employees, from top managers to cashiers
How: By organizing an event based on the concept of the Munich’s Oktoberfest. The corporate event took place in three pavilions of the Crocus-Expo center. A Bavarian set was created to convey the region’s architecture, feel and joyful mood
Results: More than 13,500 people attended the event
